  • Emergency contact details.

  • Relevant medical history.

  • Photograph and video footage.

Additional Information Requests:

  • Additional specific personal data may be requested for specific event purposes.

  • This includes but is not limited to tournaments, specialised camps, or overseas trips.

  • Requested details may include dietary restrictions, or sizing.

  • We will explicitly state the purpose when requesting this event-specific data.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

We use your personal data to:

  • Process trial and school registration.

  • Manage class rosters.

  • Facilitate grading submissions.

  • Submit competition registrations.

  • Register for internal and external events.

  • Contact you for emergencies.

  • Send school operational updates.

  • Promote school activities via media.

3. Consent and Disclosure

By completing the trial registration form and/or signing the registration form, you consent to our data collection.

  • We only share data with authorised bodies like the Singapore Taekwondo Federation.

  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.

  • You may withdraw consent by writing to our Data Protection Officer.

You have the right to manage your data:

  • Request access to your stored personal records.

  • Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated data.

  • Contact our Data Protection Officer to process these requests.

We secure your data using strict protocols:

  • Physical forms are locked in secure cabinets.

  • Digital files are password-protected on secure servers.

  • Access is restricted to authorised administrative staff only.

6. Retention and Disposal

We only keep data as long as necessary:

  • Active student data is retained throughout enrolment.

  • Inactive data is kept for legal or operational requirements.

  • Expired data is permanently shredded or digitally deleted.
